Poolside Teaching And Coaching
In order to coach or teach you will need to have a recognised qualification. You can specialise in either teaching or coaching and each route offers Level 1 & Level 2 Qualifications. The coaching route also offers level 3 & 4 courses.
Level 1 courses are not onerous and they allow you to teach or coach with supervision from a Level 2 qualified person. level 2 is a bit more committment but on completion you can teach or coach on your own. Once you have a qualification it can open up the opportunity to teach in swim scholls and leisure centres.
All our teachers and coaches are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and in the future will need to be licenced.
