No races on Wednesday so we drove over to Staffordshire on "family" business. Gave Bethan the opportunity to have oatcakes again.
Keith stayed in Sheffield and had another appointment with the Oestopath - he was much more mobile afterwards.
Our third evening meal at Pizza Hut and a very early night ready for the next race on Thursday.
