Up for an early warm up at 7.30am. Pool was pretty empty with only a few races this morning. Steven was in heat 8 and an outside lane. He did not get his usual good start and was slightly down on the field at 15m. he worked hard through the race though and held on well towards the end to post a respectable 25.54s. A bit down (0.4s) on his PB but not unexpected given his lead up to the race.
Nearly done now and just need to check out and wait for my lift home later this afternoon.
