I hope you have all enjoyed the summer holidays and are now ready for some serious training and Open Meets!
A favourite event of the Club, and one again on the Club Calendar for October is the Greater Gwent Open to be held at the Newport 25m pool on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd October 2011.
This is both a Level 1 (Welsh Licence) and a level 4 meet combined over the two days which gives all Club swimmers entry opportunies. As this is a Club event, we are expecting all eligible swimmers to attend both days with full racing.
Please read the attached entry pack details carefully, noting that you can only enter EITHER the level 1 meet or the Level 4 meet, not both or a combination of the two.
Entry forms are attached at the bottom of the entry pack details, and I need the entry forms back to me by Tuesday 13th September 2011 latest. Cheques must accompany entry forms.
Please can you ensure that the forms are completed fully and accurately. I will of course answer any queries that you have, but please ask questions before sending in the entry form.
