Please find attached details of the Open Meet to be held at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre, W-S-M on 3/4th April 2010. This is a popular meet, with a good standard of entries, and we are expecting all swimmers with qualifying times to attend this Open Meet.
Please can I have entry forms back by the 12th February 2010, as all the consolidated entries have to entered by the 26th February 2010 and must be submitted electronically. This is a meet with Race Cards which I will send out once received, which is normally a couple of weeks before the meet itself.
Please note that this is a level 3 meet, so any times gained here will qualify for Regional Qualification times, but not National Qualification times. For those seeking National Qualification times, there is the Taunton Deane meet at Millfield 17/18th April (see Keith’s note on Club Web site on “Competitions to May Bank Holiday”) .
Please use the separate Southwold Entry form, rather than the form included in the meet pack (which is for individual entries only).
Please note that 100m events (apart from 100m IM) are only open to swimmers of 10 years old and over, and the 400m FC and 400m IM events are only open to swimmers of 11 years and older. Please use Short course times on the entry form.
