The pressure was on this time as we were favourites to do well and top this gala. We had swum against Trowbridge in the last 2 rounds but had not swum against Soundwell. Our swimmers did not dissapoint and took an early 7 point lead through the first set of relays. We continued to stretch the lead over Soundwell and by event 20 we were 18 points ahead. Soundwell pulled back slightly with strong individual swims and we were 12 points ahead at event 30. We then piled on the pressure leading by 24 points going into the last relay round stretching ahead again to finish up winning by 30 points.

Trowbridge - 207
Tornadoes - 148
Yeovil B - 104
Melksham - 91
We had too many first places to list individually and it was a great team performance. Especially well done Jasna Nickells (11) and Avigayl Kahana (12) who were competing for the first time at this level. This performance should see us with a finish just below the 6 teams in the "Top" Final. Well done everyone a good finish to the season for the younger swimmers, and thanks to the poolside staff and the chaperones (Nice shouting Beccy).
