Place your cursor (usually the arrow) on the selected underlined item. Click  the right hand mouse button to bring up a list of options. Click on “Save Target As..”. Choose a file to save the item to (usually “Desktop”) and give it a new name if you prefer. Click on the “SAVE” button. The item will then download to your PC. When it has finished downloading, click on the “OPEN” button to open it. You can then either keep the item or you can delete it when you have finished with it.
