Land Conditioning
Southwold has engaged the services of a specialised Land Conditioning Coach (Caroline Buss) for the 2009/10 season. The aim is to integrate the land conditioning with the swim programme to maximise benefits in the pool. We have extended the land conditioning provision to all competition groups.
