Please see the link which provides the submitted team's for this Sunday's County Champs relay teams.
Although we have entered a number of teams in the heats for some age groups, only 1 team can represent the Club in any finals. The representative team for the finals will be selected on the day, by the coaching staff, and can be drawn from any swimmers in any of the appropriate age group teams.
We have had to withdraw 4 teams in total. Boys 9/10 age group (1 team), Boys 11/12 age group (2 teams), and a team for the Girls 15/16 age group. This is due to insufficient swimmers being available to run these teams because of last minute cancellations by some swimmers.

All the hard work is paying off as this weekend saw our swimmers get more PBs and medals. We are just about at last year's totals with another day to go. The pleasing thing is the number of different swimmers this year to get a top 3 medal and the number of top 8 places in the younger ages has increased. The highlight of the weekend was probably Bethan Tomlinson becoming the County Champion in the 400m Freestyle. Unfortunately she was a mere 0.09 seconds outside the time required for National Qualification.
Well done to all the swimmers who took part in the B Grade Gala at Hutton Moor on the 13th Feb 2010. We had a good turnout of swimmers but were a little short in the 15U and Open Girls categories. This was the first team gala for most of the swimmers this year as the Club has now pulled out of the Cotswold Series. The swimmers rose to the challenge well and special mention to Charlotte Bragg and Sophie Watson who had to swim a lot of races due to the lack of numbers in the older girl categories.
In a packed Gloucester pool we had an excellent first weekend of competition with a host of good PBs and a number of medals. We were extremely well represented as a club and had a large contingent of swimmers, who were very well behaved. Results from the weekend are now on line at
I hope I've managed to get you all. Great weekend well done everybody.
A very succesful weekend at the Exeter Open Meet at Millfield saw us finish as 4th Club. The meet was at a Level 1 licence and the competition was strong. The highlight was Jessica Shaw picking up the overall top girl trophy, well done Jess. Top 3 medal winners are shown below.
